Slowly inject the need for this medicine through the needle or cannula into the eyeball before or after the lens is removed. The injection of cataracts prior to insertion of the cataractous intraocular lens may be optimal for corneal endothelial protection as an adjuvant, so it is injected before intraocular and extraocular cataract surgery. This drug may be used to coat surgical instruments and guide lenses to be inserted.

2. Corneal transplantation

Remove the corneal graft and fill the cornea forward with the drug until the water level matches. The donor graft is placed on top of this medicine and sutured.

3. Glaucoma filtration

During trabeculectomy, the drug is injected through the corneal puncture to maintain and maintain square capacity.
